When we are under pressure from health situations or from economic or even political situations, what do we do?
Proverbs 3:5, 6 ESV
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Trust (let go) Lean on…rely on (let go) acknowledge him (let go)
Let God: he will straighten your path…make it smooth, show you which way to go “which path to take” NLT
Also Psalm 37:23-24 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord…because he holds his hand.
Psalm 57:1-3 ESV
1 Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by.
2 I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.
3 He will send from heaven and save me; he will put to shame him who tramples on me. Selah God will send out his steadfast love and his faithfulness!

5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.

7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!

Psalm 91:1-4 ESV
1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his pinions (feathers), and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.
