Strength Will Rise As We Wait Upon the Lord

Waiting upon the Lord is not a passive waiting, but rather an intertwining or weaving of our hearts together with God’s heart. As we do that, we continue to abide in His presence with a keen, active expectation toward Him. Strength does not come from our own abilities or resources; it is supernatural strength from the spirit of Christ within us. Strength will rise as we hope in the Word, praise God in prayer, and continue in love.
